Sweet Elements

Originally, this music was inspired by acupuncture points and the Five Element theory from classical Chinese medicine. All the tunes are played on mandolins with some harmonica, supplemented with electronic instruments and re-mixing and have been influenced by many styles. I have been an acupuncturist for the last 25 years and the concept for this album came from an idea I had in 2016 to promote further understanding of the Five Elements.
